Paper titled “Extracting Citizen Values as Inputs for Designing Citizen Responsive Urban e-Planning Services” co-authored with Na Liu of Singapore Management University, Singapore and Alex Gavino of University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia accepted at the International Journal of e-Planning Services. The paper describes how citizen values may be inferred, and how they may influence the design of citizen services, as an extension of work published in the Digital Government conference in Summer 2014.
