Co-chaired, with Raj Sharman of University of Buffalo, the 23rd Workshop on Information Technologies and Systems at Milan, Italy. The workshop was held on 14-15 December at Uni Bocconi. The workshop has been aimed at facilitating presentations and discussion of ‘technology-oriented’ research under the ICIS umbrella. The workshop was attended by about 120 researchers and showcased keynotes in the area of big-data, among others.
