Paper accepted at Journal of Medical Internet Research

Paper accepted at the Journal of Medical Internet Research that explores how individuals engage in information search on the web for taboo conditions such as sexually transmitted diseases. We find that individuals search is driven by not only clinical and logistical needs but also psycho-social needs. With Pavan Mulgund, Raj Sharman, Sagarika Suresh and Peter Winklestein (all at SUNY-Buffalo).
